SaferMasks are manufactured from the finest cotton material, trusted by many of the world's leading brands. Here is a glimpse of the cotton manufacturing process. 

  1. SaferMasks' raw materials are from the fields of the finest cotton available

  2. Strands of cotton are processed into a loose, untwisted state called 'sliver' 

  3. Sliver goes through further stages to become the finished yarn on spools

  4. Spools of finished cotton are woven into the world's finest cotton fabric

  1. Clean your hands before and after putting on or removing the mask

  2. Avoid touching the surfaces of the mask

  3. Ensure the vents face down with the nose wire at the top

  4. Secure the loops around both ears and adjust the toggles

  5. Mold the wire over nose bridge for a snug fit

  6. Extend the mask to fully cover nose, mouth and chin

  7. Wash after each day of use and allow to dry completely

  1. Hand wash separately in lukewarm water (up to 40°C) with gentle detergent or soap for 2 minutes, rinsing with clean water

  2. Alternatively, machine wash separately up to 60°C

  3. Do not tumble dry or dry clean 

  4. Do not rub, brush or wring

  5. Do not use antiseptic detergents or bleach

  6. Drip dry or iron at low temperature (below 110°C) 

Precautions

 

  • This mask is not a substitute for medical or surgical masks or respirators

  • It is not suitable for use in a high-risk environment or medical setting or if the wearer is sick

  • Always observe comprehensive hygiene measures

  • For personal and adult use only and do not share masks

  • Do not use if the mask is visibly damaged, soiled or has odour or you have any allergic reactions or breathing difficulties
