The terms and conditions of sale below form the contractual relationship between the ‘User’ (‘You’ or ‘Customer’) and the ‘Company’ (‘We’, ‘SaferMask’ or ‘Website’), belonging to SaferMask Group Limited. 

SaferMask Group is a UK-based Limited Company, the registered office of which is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

You and SaferMask unreservedly accept these terms and conditions which replace any other terms and conditions, unless in the case of written changes. SaferMask accept that when you place your order, you’ve examined these terms and conditions of sale that have been created to defend your consumer rights as a valued client and our rights as an honourable business.

Changes to SaferMask’s terms and conditions 

SaferMask reserve the right to update the website and these terms and conditions from time to time, at our discretion and whenever required. It is incumbent on you to observe the latest terms and conditions by checking them regularly. Continued use of the SaferMask website after updated terms of service means that you’ve read and accepted the changes.

Access to the SaferMask website

SaferMask always tries to ensure that our website is continually online and available, but we cannot guarantee this and SaferMask therefore reserve the right to close the website for any required maintenance. SaferMask is not be liable if the website is unavailable at any time, for any length of time.

A term and condition of your use of the SaferMask website is that any personal information you enter must be factually correct and SaferMask reserves the right to stop any person at our sole discretion from using the SaferMask Website if this term and condition is not observed at all times. We manage your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee that the website or any content on the website is free from mistakes.

SaferMask takes pride in its accuracy of product information and visual content that shows SaferMask and its product benefits but SaferMask will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any of the information provided.

Prices of SaferMask

The costs provided on the SaferMask website are in Pounds Sterling and include packing and despatch by first class Royal Mail post in the UK only. We reserve the right to modify the cost of SaferMask at any time and if an incorrect charge appears on our website and isn't corrected on the confirmation of your order at the time of order completion for whatever reason (human error or technical mistakes etc.), your order may be cancelled and the fee refunded to you.

Availability of SaferMask

We will always endeavour to fulfil your order once completed and paid for. If it is unavailable after your order has been paid for, we will refund your money for the product within 30 days following the date of payment. 

Payment security

SaferMask is paid for on our website through PayPal and Stripe. These payment alternatives use superior SSL encryption to ensure your transaction is always completely secure. Any fees imposed by these two payment platforms are paid for by SaferMask so your order will not be anything more than the stated price.  

Delivery of SaferMask

Your order includes packing and despatch by first class Royal Mail post in the UK only. Despatch outside the UK can be arranged at extra cost. Please contact us for further details. We always aim to despatch your order promptly, but we cannot be held answerable for the consequences of late shipping or the loss of a package by a third party. In the event of you not receiving your package, an investigation will be performed with the despatch provider which might take several days from receipt of your claim. During this investigation, no compensation or re-shipping will take place until a satisfactory conclusion is reached.

Your right to return your purchase of SaferMask

SaferMask permits you 7 days to return a product(s) that you are unhappy with. Your 7 days start from when your order is placed. You can return the product to us within this time frame at your shipping expense advising us of the return and the means by which it is being returned to us. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been damaged to the detriment of the product, will not be refunded. The deadlines cited above are effective from the date of receipt of the order.

Intellectual property

All content on SaferMask’s website (names, logos, icons, illustrations, graphics, pictures, text, wording, files, statistics, charts, graphs etc.) is the property of SaferMask. Any copying of this content is subject to prior authorisation by SaferMask and is subject to international intellectual ownership law and copyright. Any fraudulent use of this content material constitutes an offence of forgery, which is punishable under the Intellectual Property Code.
